Krishnanand Guptar: The Spring of Hope

Krishnanand Guptar.

À l’heure du tout à l’image et du buzz sans suite, «l’express» souhaite faire découvrir la plume de poètes, de chanteurs, d’écrivains et de tous ceux qui jettent leur âme sur le papier, et qui mettent en mots des réflexions profondes.

When the spring of hope gleams afresh

And permeates the space with freshness,

It is time one`s mind to refresh

And inhale fragrance of wellness,

It’s time to expect better days

And tread without fear the pathways.

When the spring of hope is ablaze

And birds twitter from tree to tree,

Away from the land flows the haze

And puffing air of liberty

Turns to be a passionate wish

That souls with their heart do relish.

When the spring of hope shines in fields,

Many folks with joy are replete,

Hope to ascend the top of hills,

Higher rungs of ladders to reach,

Eager the seeds of trust to grow

Or germs of tentacles to sow.

When the spring of hope is green

And flowers in bloom spread their scent,

It is time the spirit to clean,

It is time to seize the present

And plan ahead for the future

With the aim of dreams to capture.

When the spring of hope spells rebirth And holds promises of new life, It’s time to care for Mother earth, Put an end to internal strife

Join all working hands together

The hay to harvest and gather.

When the spring of hope fills the air,

It’s time to stamp out divergence

Sow the seeds of trust everywhere

Revamp the shine of confidence,

Roll up the sleeves to till the soil,

And smear institutions with oil.

When the spring of hope is at peak,

It’s time to honour promises

The language of candour to speak

Set agenda to accomplish

Uphold the flag of honesty

And the gem of integrity.
